  I deleted all my sites but this is showing up – How do I disable jetpack?

  It appears that you have deleted the WordPress.com user account that you were posting from. I’m going to assume that you have sorted out your Jetpack connection situation. If not, let me encourage you to post on the WordPress.org Jetpack forum for support in the future:
