‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’ error
-
Hello,
I’m trying to use my account again, and setup a new wp.com blog, but I’m getting an error ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’ whenever I try to do anything. I’m also unable to view the ‘my sites’ page, it just shows the same error.
I would like to be able to host a blog on WordPress.com. Any help?

Hi there,
I see a Jetpack site connected to your account, http://counix.com/, but that connection appears to be broken and I also don’t see that site listed under My Sites for your account. If I try to visit the site my browser just keeps endlessly loading, which would indicate a problem with that site.
Is that still your site? If not, we can see if removing that Jetpack connection helps. Please confirm if we should do that.
You can also try changing your primary site to the WordPress.com site that already exists in your account. You can do that from https://wordpress.com/me/account/
And you should be able to start a brand new site by going directly to https://wordpress.com/start/site/ – let me know if that also doesn’t work for you.

I no longer run WordPress at that domain, so please remove the jetpack connection if possible. Thank you!
Thanks for those other two links as well. Very helpful.

Hi there,
It looks like the site is now disconnected:

Let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
