‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’ – LOCKED OUT?

  I’ve been working for the last few weeks on my club’s site – http://www.mafmca.org – doing an overhaul of the website. Today it seems I got locked out and now cannot access the site or log into it at all. I’m panicking a little bit — what does this message mean? Can you help me?
