Please check your Primary Site's Jetpack connection wp-admin

Hi, the following thing keeps popping up when I log in:

Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection
    wp-admin

I’ve googled for tutorials on how to fix this and none of the ones I found work. My back end does not have the same links they say are supposed to be there. I’m actually simply trying to access my domain to transfer it to Squarespace as WordPress in general has been much more complex (and continues to prove so) then I need. Every time I click “domains” from “My Site” it loads a blank page.

    Please help.

When I click on that link nothing loads for me to contact anyone.

  • Oh, I see. I have just sent you an email, please reply there to get in touch with our support team.

I was finally able to figure out how to disconnect and reconnect Jetpack. None of the tutorials I found had the correct sequence of buttons to click. I then was able to access my domain and hosting items and proceed with canceling the hosting renewal and transferring the domain. Thank you for providing contact information!
