    I hired an agency to build my website. They created the site in word press with Pantheon as the host. They know have blocked me from getting to my own site. RIval9.com. I own all of the images and content on the site. I also own the official trademark. L7 Creative is who is acting unethical and it is against the law. Please help me retrieve what is rightfully mine. Thank you

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
