    Hi there,

    The transaction details you provider are for the annual renewal of the Business plan and domain, tomtenlane.com, owned by the WordPress.com account, ann9margaret

    I’ve refunded the $300 renewal cost of the Business Plan and rolled back that renewal. But in order to refund the domain we must cancel the domain completely, and we can only do that at the request of the ann9margaret account that owns it.

    Can you please log into that account and comment here to confirm if you wish to cancel the domain? Also confirm that you understand the domain will not become available immediately, and that you might not be able to register the same domain again, here or elsewhere, in the future.

    I have also emailed the address on file for that account to notify them of the actions I have taken on the account at your request.
