  I am using paid subscription for wordpress why the hell I am still not able to contact wordpress customer support ????
  I am facing problems but everytime I try to contact support I get diverted to ‘Public Forum’ why no customer support ?

  If you are talking about a wordpress.com website with a paid plan, you are entitled to live chat and email support but only if you are logged in to the account owning the paid plan.
  What is the URL of your site running on the wordpress.com platform?
