Please delete my site

  Hi there, please could you delete my site? I keep getting charged for auto renew stuff when I’ve canceled all the auto renew options. I just want to delete the site completely to stop this. I tried to do it myself but i get the error message below. I’ve made my site private and I can’t see anymore renew functions so not sure why it won’t work.

  Warning! You cannot delete a site if it has a domain registration upgrade because you need access to the site in order to get to the domain manager.

  If you do not want to use your site any more please make it private. Other users won’t be able to visit the site but you can still access the Dashboard so you can get to the domain manager.

  Hi there,

  Do you want to completely cancel your domain ciaobabycakes.com? Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.

  If you’d like to keep the domain and use it somewhere else, you can transfer it instead: Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar
