  Is this about the 14 day free trial?

  From Details and Terms:

  Or is this about canceling an upgrade?
  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to disable auto-renew and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

  I am not seeing any upgrades associated with the user account you are posting from. What website is this regarding? Can you provide the URL please?
