Why is this problem occurring? Why is my jetpack status disabled? I have contacted WordPress support several times, but I haven’t received a satisfactory response. Please enable my status so that I can purchase a subscription for Jetpack. Whenever I try to purchase Jetpack, the following message appears: ‘Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.I have been trying to make a purchase for quite a few days, but the purchasing status is showing as disabled. If you cannot provide better service to someone, then please stop promoting your platform. Because I am very disappointed with your service after seeing it. I am extremely disheartened with your service at this time. please sovle my problem if you can do..ASAP

The reason why purchases are disabled, is never discussed on this public forum. As it is a weekend and it’s the holidays, support has a delay. You’ll just have to sit back and wait till a Staff member is available to sort things about.
