Please give a Second Suggestion for Fixing Photo Issue

  Hello, after posting about an issue I was having posting my photo, I received an answer from WordPress saying I need to clear my caches. That did not work. Please offer a different solution. DETAILS: I have a brand new MacBook Pro that has no problems. I’ve successfully put my photos online elsewhere. When I try to put a profile photo on WordPress, I get a message saying it was successful, then half hidden behind that message is a second message with a warning sign. From that message in the background, I can read the words “Hmm, your new…” I can not read the rest of the words as they are hidden. Please offer a solution that is not “clear caches.” Thank you.
