Hey all. Would just like to throw out that the URL in question is not my site. However, I’ve had unkind experiences with the owner. I know that initially, this sounds petty, but please hear me out. If at all possible, I would appreciate if someone could get in touch with WordPress staff that are capable of shutting his blog down as he’s hosting some horrendous things there (as a warning, there is some adult content on there). If for some reason, the URL does not show up, here’s the link; https://www.mattorton.com/author/mattorton_cdqzx2. I simply noticed the WordPress bar on the site so assumed WordPress was hosting it. If that’s not the case, I apologize.
If it is the case, however, I that realize WordPress appreciates freedom of speech, so while I assume that most of the things he says on there is ‘allowed’ by the policies WordPress employ, that isn’t what I’m here to discuss. Instead, I’d like to direct your attention towards his ‘Fandom Fun’ section underneath the ‘Random Tab’. It’s here that he posts evidence (screenshots) that shows him persistently harassing members of the online service FANDOM, which I’ve been experiencing first hand for the last several months, almost close to a year now, and many others have as well. A few of the members exposed to his racism (and occasional crude sexual drawing) are below the age of 18. This is mainly the content I’d like to report him for and possibly take his blog down for. It’s abhorrent that he revels in showing minors racist and sexual content. I hope someone understands.
Is there anything that anyone can do? Admittedly, I’m a bit unsure if this is the right place to report it, or if there’s actually anything that CAN be done from anyone here… but it’s honestly worth a shot. Thank you.

That site is not hosted here on WordPress.com. It’s using the WordPress software and it appears to be hosted by Dreamhost.
So, you need to reach out to Dreamhost and report by following these instructions:

The forum you have posted is for the WordPress.com hosting platform which is different than the WordPress software that that site is using. You can learn more about these differences here:
