  I own lauraivory.wordpress.com and I would like to contact the owner of another domain because I would like to buy the name and he has never used his blog.

  I just don’t know how to contact him. I have tried contacting him on his blog but my comments are not moderated.

  I have tried who.is.com but it seems like he has moved house because I can’t reach him and his email is disguised.

  I would really like to talk to this guy because this name is really a dream name for me.

  Is there a way for members to contact each other or could wordpress help.

  No WordPress.com will not violate the privacy of any blogger who has a free hosted blog on one their .wordpress.com sub-domains. There is no requirement that one must use a blog. Moreover, this can easily be addressed in another way. If you purchase your own domain and domain mapping it does not matter what the underlying root blog URL for the .wordpress.com sub-domain being mapped from is.
