  Please help me. I have an existing WordPress.com blogging account that I am currently logged in to. I had to go about this way to even get to a help forum. I have recently taken over a website for my church that is located on WordPress.org. I need to know how to access my account billing and yearly cycle information on that website and I can not figure any of it as someone else built this site. It is located at http://www.milwood.org

  Please let me know what to do? I am changing website providers and need to know how to disable this account. Also, why can’t I log in to the Live Chat on the paid church account to get help when I log in to support it logs in from my free blog?

  You can only access Livechat here at WordPress.com if you have an upgraded site hosted here. milwood.org is hosted at BlueHost so you need to contact them for advice on billing and log in details.
