  I have an account with (email visible only to moderators and staff) which I’m locked out of. The account let me reset password however it will not let me login to (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Hi there,

  If you’re able to reset the password, you should be able to log in. Make sure you’re completely logged out of any other WordPress.com account before trying to use the password reset link.
