  I have a website called http://www.mylovingpup.com.

  I purchased the website and it was built using wordpress.

  The transfer from the previous owners server to my server has failed and now I can not access the website through http://www.mylovingpup.com/wp-login.php.

  I am the owner and have all my login credentials, I just physically can not access the site.

  I can not get a response from the previous owner.

  I have transferred the domain to my provider but the website has disappeared.

  How can I get access to my files?
