PLEASE HELP! I can’t restore my site

Hi there. So, I was having issues with being able to update a product on our website. I Googled steps to take and when I did…it deleted all of my products and some of my pages. There is nowhere to look at ‘Activity Log’ in Jetpack…it doesn’t give me the options. I don’t know what to do!! Please help.

Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host potter-inc.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.
Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at GoDaddy. As a result we are not able to offer backups and historical data for sites hosted elsewhere. Of course, we would love to host your site here, where we we are happy to help further. But as it stands now, we can’t assist.
You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, but as it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere. The good news is that your hosting provider may be able to help in this instance. I recommend contacting GoDaddy for further assistance. They are in the best position to help.
