Please help! I'm trying to connect my purchased WP domain to another website.

  Please help! I’m trying to connect my purchased WordPress domain (www.gratitudewellness.com) to a website I’ve created (http://katie-hussong.healthcoach1.integrativenutrition.com) through the school I’m attending to become a Health Coach.

  The instructions on my school’s website say to locate the area where you have your domain name listed and add a host record to connect your domain name with your wtebsite’s IP address. It says, “please refer to A(Host) and locate the host record with “@”. Then, edit the “@” record to point to —.—.—.– [there is an address listed]. Next, edit the host record “www” to point to —.—.—.– [same as above].”

  I’m not a tech-saavy person, but I’ve been looking all over trying to find where and how to input this information and I’m totally stumped. :( Can anyone help? I’ve also looked all over for a contact number for technical support through WP, but to no avail.
