please help, Ive paid money to use this website but there was never an associated email to go with it and i never recieved an account confirmation email

  I paid £36 which left my account on the 6th October 2022 and I tried to get into my website to add more to my diary which I use as a project for university and cannot gain access to my own website despite me having proof ive spent money, and theres no actual way to email support.
