please help! mapping www.thehegroup.com

  nearly a month ago I tried all instructions to map http://www.thehegroup.com domain from godaddy to wordpress.com using all the available instructions and troubleshooting, to no avail.. please help! (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Well, no www URL can be used here, for a start. It has to be just http://thehegroup.com

  As well, you need to tell us exactly what you did, step by step. “All available instructions” covers hundreds of pages. Give us a link to exactly what you did and tell us what the result was. Error message? Blank screen? What?

  For starters there is no domain mapping active for thehegroup.com – were you charged for something?

  A whois shows the name servers still pointing to Godaddy
