Please Help me Export my Subscribers Email Addresses.

Hello I have a wordpress.com blog, the blog is hopegirl2012.wordpress.com. I have a list of subcribers, followers and commenters that I would like to have exported into an excel file. I am trying to gather these email addresses so that I can use my Aweber mailing account to shedule emails to my blog subscribers so that my blog post on wordpress is delivered to their inbox. I have been receiving complaints from my subscribers for close to two years now that they do not get an email from wordpress when I post a new blog, so this is one avenue I am trying to take.
I do not and cannot find a “plug-ins” options anywhere on my menu, and therefore cannot install the email export plug in that I have found that can do this for me. Can anyone on your team help me get a list of my subscribers email addresses. My only other option is to type out 650+ address by hand because the wordpress screen where I can view them will not even let me copy and paste.

While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:

If you go to this page of your stats area:
…and scroll all the way to the bottom, you will see a “download CVS” link. However, please keep in mind that this ONLY will download the email addresses of people who have chosen to give you their email address via the “subscribe by email” interface. It will not give you the email address of anyone following you through WordPress.com or any social networks.
