Please help me get my website to not be expired

  We are trying to figure out how to apply the money we spent on May 31 2017 to cover the costs of the plan so that we are not in the ‘expired’ status for our website. I can’t figure out a way to contact anyone and even have a receipt to show that I paid. Anyone know how to get help or else is this just a big rip-off?
