  This site was closed by me or or it should have been a very long time ago. I have my own hosted site, https://asinglewomantraveling.com hosted with WP engine.

  Is http://asinglewomantravelingtravel.wordpress.com/ linked to my site somehow? How can this be closed ?

  Hi there,

  I can confirm that if you delete your WordPress.com site it will not affect your site on WP Engine since they are a separate provider that we are not connected to.

  You can delete here: https://wordpress.com/settings/delete-site/
