  my webpage suddenly crashed and i canr seem to enter my admin page it gives me this message : There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

  From what you tell it looks you are talking about a site using the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/
