Please help my email associated with my wordpress account go back online

  I have an email associated with my website. I have no idea that email went down, but gmail directed to ask wordpress for advice since they are the ones hosting my email account apaprently? I just really need to get this email back to working, and if it’s not wordpress’s problem, who’s issue is it? And if it is wordpress’s problem, how do I get them to fix it? I am paying for the domain and pay wordpress as well. I would like it fixed!
