Please help! My host accidentally deleted my site’s instance

    Hi there,
    I’m wondering if there is any hope of recovering my wordpress site, my IT guy accidentally deleted my website and the instance. They had a backup from over a year ago but it doesn’t have anything useful on it.
    He said it is hosted through AMS. Please tell me I can recover it some how. I had daily back ups butu apparently they’re all gone.

    If it can’t be restored, is there a way I can get all of my plug ins back without having to purchase them again?

    The reason why I ask is because, this site is not hosted with WordPress.com and so we are not able to help with this installation.

    You would need to speak to the hosting provider for help restoring this site.
