Please HELP!!! Site not loading

    I cannot access may site or plugins . When i click the domain t all i get is a white screen. with a message ‘There has been a critical error on this website. ‘ When i try to access my plugins nothing happens

    Hello there,

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    It means we are unable to assist with box5721.temp.domains.

    For help with this critical error, you would need to reach out to the hosting provider and ask them to deactivate all plugins on the site, as it’s most likely a plugin conflict that’s causing that.
