    Hi Cecilia

    I thk my new card did not enter into your database.
    But my email was down . Are you able to help redeepm my domain so my email will work well . Then let me know how to input my new credit card info.

    It looks like es21.com.sg was mapped to your site on WordPress.com and was inactivated back on 6/30. Are you wanting to reenabled the mapping subscription? Are you still wanting to use it with your Word{ress.com site? The domain is hosted elsewhere.

    Sure thing, I’m happy to help. Please confirm which domain you’re working on. Is it es21.com.sg?

    On 2019-06-22 we processed a $48.00 refund for the personal plan and domain mapping of es21.com.sg. That should have reached your account by now.

    The domain is not registered through WordPress.com. Here’s what I can see.
