It looks a little odd with just the one post added on the front page of the blog. You might consider using a different page template: https://wordpress.com/themes/baskerville-2

We do not provide that kind of service, as we’re not a development agency. WordPress.com is a hosting provider, and this forum only provides technical support for sites hosted on our servers. In other words, you tell us what you want to do, and we tell you how to do it. But we cannot give general feedback or make a judgment whether a site is properly built/designed or not.
That said, your site is not hosted with us, but using the open source WordPress software, which is something different from WordPress.com.
If you need technical support for that site you can ask at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, but those forums will also not provide general feedback on your site. For that type of service you’ll need to hire a web designer or a design/development agency.
