Please help where i can see my data for the past years

  I operate an e-commerce website hosted by your platform, and I’ve been actively managing it for the past two years. Recently, I was reviewing my historical orders and noticed that the available data is quite limited. I can only access order information from March 2023 up to the present date. Please help where i can see my data for the past years

  I checked the domain and confirmed that this site was not hosted by us at WordPress.com. That means you were using WordPress.org, and your site was hosted by a different hosting company. We can only help if your site was hosted by us at WordPress.com.

  There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.

  In this case, I’d recommend contacting your hosting provider for help. I see the domain has Cloudflare nameservers, so I can’t see where the site was hosted. If you’re not sure, you can perhaps check your Cloudflare dashboard to see the IP address and look up the hosting service provider that way.
