  The orignal user/admin of our website is no longer a part of our group. We need to be ableto renew the site without her. Her user id is cwtomberlin

  Hi there,

  The regulations regarding domain ownership is very strict, and only the person who registered a domain can transfer it to another owner – we don’t even have that option in our internal tools.

  In other words, the only way you’ll be able to renew the domain, northalabamaauburnclub.com, is if cwtomberlin transferred the domain to you or another admin on the site. So please contact them and ask them to do that.

  I’d also suggest that user transfers ownership of the site itself to you. That will also remove them as an admin on the site. You can find the steps for doing that here:
