  Please can you show me how or alternatively you yourselves return my wordpress website to its previous form and just upload the blog and show me how to do it.

  You can reset your site by following instructions at https://wordpress.com/support/empty-site/.
  Next start the Wix importer, https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-from-wix/.
  Once your Wix-site is imported, you can remove unwanted items.
