hi, i have a web : scoopz.com.sg, but i have problem with directing to my admin page. please help. scoopz.com.sg/wp-admin/

  • @juvvyy sorry you’re having trouble! these forums are actually for the sites here at WordPress.com, which is different than what you have as your own WordPress installation at another host.

I’d recommend contacting your host for help first. They may help you restore a backup.

Or if they tell you to get help with WordPress, I recommend checking the support forum here:
    https://wordpress.org/support

Good luck! And once things are up and running again, if you’d like to transfer to our servers you’d be welcome:

Are you able to check which is my web host for me?

Just a feedback too, its really hard to get in touch with wordpress, as there isn’t any live chat, call or email function. For business website, in terms of urgent matter, we still have to wait a day for a response on your forum. Previously i have wrote in on the forum as well, but there was no response too.
Would suggest that wordpress improve on this part.

It looks like that domain is hosted by https://usonyx.net/

WordPress is free, open source software created and maintained by a community of volunteers over on WordPress.org. The people who make that software do it in their free time, and the software does not belong to a company who can employ support staff – support is provided by the same volunteers who make that software, and by people who use it for their own websites.

On WordPress.com we do offer both live chat and email support, but we only offer those services to sites hosted on our servers and on paid plans:
