  Hello,

  I’m moving damondelife.com a worpress.com hosted site to a wordpress.org site and need to request a backup of image folder for my site damondelife.com.

  This is the message I received from my host server;

  wordpress.com does not provide FTP access to download the image folder all they can provide wp-admin dashboard detail here you can just export the posts that we have already imported over our server. what you need to do is contact wordpress.com support and ask them to provid a backup of image folder for your site damondelife.com so that we can restore over our server . otherwise you need to upload the fresh images again .

  We cannot provide that, but when importing your content, you can check a box to download your attached images during the import.
