    Please I badly need my money to be refunded. I wasn’t aware it was an auto-debit subscription. I have a daughter who haw imperforate anus and cloacal anomaly please please

    We already refunded you for the non-domain portion of your plan when you cancelled it. You can see a receipt for that refund in your billing history:

    You should receive the refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

    The amount that has not been refunded is for your domain, bellesteenycorner.com, which you haven’t cancelled. Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future.

    Please confirm if you want us to cancel and refund your domain as well.
