please reinstate my 3 other sites: they must be on the server-they are active!
-
Hello Happiness engineers,
please would you reinstate my 3 other sites: ValidLit, TouchyourHeart, and Divine Thread to my primary site Nirvana Linden. They are active but I cannot access their dashboards to control anything.
This would make me so happy if you could do it immediately. I have so much to post on these sites: my followers are waiting!
thank you in advance

Are you referring to
https://validlit.wordpress.com/
https://touchyourheart.wordpress.com/
https://divinethread.wordpress.com/Assuming you are referring to blogs that are hosted by WordPress.COM you must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account and the exact same associated email address that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
Your last resort for gaining access is to complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

Hello, the urls of my sites are:
https://validlit.wordpress.com
https://divinethread.wordpress.com
https://touchyourhearteveryday.wordpress.comMy main site is Nirvana Linden : https://lindenthorp.wordpress.com. This site is functioning fine.
As I explained, original mail address – (email visible only to moderators and staff) (still showing as the Username for these 3 subsides, was hacked on 16th January and had to be closed! I think this is causing the trouble as I cannot log in under that username anymore, and the password for Lindenthorp has changed!Hope this is enough information.

I have been here for over 8 years and predate almost every staff member but one being on support staff. What I have observed is that the only time blogs are hacked is when bloggers fail to follow security protocols and make it easy for hackers.
If anyone is posting anything to your blog then it’s most likely that you have provided them with the ability to do so either deliberately by adding them as official users, or by allowing them access to your login information, or by posting content that makes it easy for them to guess what your log-in information is.
Who, aside from you, has access to your login information?
Go to your email program and change the password to a very difficult one because that’s how many hackers gain access to blogs
Read > http://en.support.wordpress.com/security/1. If you can log-in go here > Users > All Users and delete any user that does not belong there.
2. Disable post by email > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-email/
3. Disable post by voice > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-voice/
4. Change your blog password to a very difficult one > http://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#change-your-password
You can also reset your password via your Settings tab on the WordPress.com home page:
http://wordpress.com/#!/settings/5. Use a secure, encrypted connection to connect to your Dashboard. Under Users → Personal Settings, check the box that says “Always use HTTPS when visiting administration pages, and click Save Changes.
6. To add another layer of home security, you can enable Two Step Authentication, also known as Two-Factor Authentication. http://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/

Thank you for all your suggestions: I’ve tried everything you suggest but still cannot find my sites. I have also tried to recover them via the account recovery form, but it will not accept my log in/password.
The form forces me to login as clthorp but the password for that site is inactive and the account is closed. So, I can’t recover!Would it be possible for someone to remove (email visible only to moderators and staff) from my three sub-sites and replace it with (email visible only to moderators and staff) so that I can use my very strong password newly set to get in?
I think this is a username issue! And I don’t think my wordpress accounts have been hacked, only my yahoo email account. -
Thank you for tagging my caser staff assistance.
I can’t find the link to the thread, but the ‘notify by email’ is clicked, so I guess I will receive notification.
Please confirm that is ok? -

No-one else has my login information.
I will disable everything you suggest. I have only just established a difficult password a few days ago, so I think that should be ok. however, I will change it more regularly in future. How often do you think it should be changed to ensure no-one can get in?
I will enable two-step authentication.Thank you.
I have checked the box which says to use https://.
I have a secure internet connection. -
Hi Linden,
I see that you have been in touch with David via email about this issue. He can continue helping you with your questions and discuss the private details about your account with you directly via email. I’m going to go ahead and close this thread so you can continue discussing this with David directly. :)
