  I tried to renew my free site but the WordPress link to pay tells me that I do not have a site. I have been a user for many years.

  Hi there,

  If you have sites then login to WordPress.com account and on the left-hand upper corner of your screen it says “My Sites” click on it and then select the appropriate site and then “Plan” option and you can renew it from there as well.

  Can you please share the screenshot of the error message you’re able to see, to assist you further.

  Once you take a screenshot upload that picture in your media-library and then share the link with us.

  That’s right — the account you are contacting us from does not own any WordPress.com sites. Can you send a link to the site you are trying to renew?
