(I send the following email awhile ago and never heard back- please let me know if my question is not worthy of a reply) i am waiting.
To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Assadullah Sadiq and I am PhD candidate in language and literacy education. I found wordpress through an online search and I am interested in creating a website for Pashto language. Pashto is a language spoken in Afghanistan and in parts of Pakistan, yet there is very little to none resources available on it. I would like to create a website that is very, very, accessible and easy to find if one was to search for it. The website would have three main parts (1) Pashto for children (2) Pashto for adults (3) other resources for Pashto and possibly another section. Pashto is a language that has taken on an oral practice and the reading and writing is beginning to disappear in many places due to lack of resources on it. I would appreciate if you guys can help me figure out if wordpress is the right place for such a website. If it is, I would like to be guided in the beginning stages in creating the website. I would just like to emphasis that I want the website to be very accessibly, for example if one types ‘Learn Pashto’ or even just ‘Pashto’ I would want my website to appear in the first top searches, without any additional info needed such as ‘wordpress, etc.’ Sorry for the long email and I hope to hear either way from you guys.

Wordpress.com offers you the system to create a blog or a website, however we don’t create websites for you. I would advice you to tak a look at https://en.support.wordpress.com/ where you get an introduction to wordpress.com.
