  Your application was submitted two hours before posting this thread. If you want to be accepted into WordAds immediately you need to buy the Jetpack Premium or Jetpack Professional plan.

  Otherwise you’ll only be accepted once you meet our minimum traffic requirement. You need several thousand views a month to make any meaningful income from advertising, and you are nowhere near those traffic levels yet.

  Focus on increasing the traffic to your site, and you’ll be approved automatically once you have sufficient traffic.
