Please unmap my primary domain from deleted blog
-
I need ‘theeclecticensemble.com’ to point to the content at ‘eclecticensemble2.wordpress.com’.. but no matter what settings I change (see Domain administration) it wants to point to a deleted blog, ‘eclecticensemble3.wordpress.com’ .. I think there is rogue redirect somewhere that I cannot configure.. please help!
When I did some domain troubleshooting I get this message:
“Primary Blog is Set
theeclecticensemble.com is set as the primary domain for eclecticensemble3.wordpress.com and will appear in the address bar when you visit the site.” That is a deleted site and it does not show up under Domain Registration and Mapping options. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Okay, can you take a look at theeclecticensemble.com now and let me know if that looks correct?

The blog is back on line but it is the old blog (eclecticensemble3.wordpress.com) we need it to go to eclecticensemble2.wordpress.com. In the domains page of the dashboard for eclecticensemble2.wordpress.com, theeclecticensemble.com is selected to be the primary for eclecticensemble2.wordpress.com, but it still routs to eclecticensemble3.wordpress.com wich is deletd

Can you show me a screenshot of what you are seeing when you go to theeclecticensemble.com?
Here are some screenshot instructions if you are not familiar with the process:
I find http://snag.gy/ to be very useful for sharing screenshots. You can also upload the screenshot to your site’s media library. I will be able to see it there.

Thank you, I had originally asked for tech support for this problem in a different request. No one has ever replied to it, should I assume that the tech crew has seen you had picked this issue up or should I post in that other thread that got started that the issue is resolved?
