  I am no longer using WordPress for my website. I believe I took it off auto-renew but I still notice a charge that came through on my credit card on 5/19/19.

  I am assuming this is for susanpualanialden.com which was set to expire in June 2019. Can you please verify that I am not still paying for this website or any other WordPress site? I had another one set up at one point but that one was cancelled long ago.

  That domain did recently renew, but the account you’re using to post here is not the owner of that domain or the site it’s connected to. We cannot cancel any upgrades unless the verified owner requests it, and even to process only a refund we’ll need verification that you are in fact the person who paid for it, and that requires collecting personal info that we cannot ask you in a public forum.

  Please log into the account you used to originally buy that domain and comment here or open a new support ticket for help getting this cancelled.
