  Hi there, can you PLEASE fix my Word Press issues:

  When I go to my https://revdotdavid.wordpress.com/ site to write, it takes me to https://wordpress.com/post/nelsonnzweddings.wordpress.com

  Can you PLEASE delete the nelsonnzweddings site and make sure I can write to my REVDOTDAVID site,

  Please reply me when you have fixed this issue,

  Hi David! It looks like you’ve just got more than one account. Here’s what I recommend:

  – Comment on a post at https://revdotdavid.wordpress.com/

  – Watch for the comment notification email

  – Look at the address it was sent to

  – Log out and log back in as that user

  Then, if you’d like, add @nelsonnzweddings as a user to that site, too, so that you can manage the site through that user, too. Let us know if you need help doing that!

  I set up REVDOTDAVID and nzweddings years ago and can’t find/remember any proof of ownership so I can’t complete the Account Recovery Form – PLEASE HELP!

  Hi! Here’s a section that explains what these things are and how to find them:

  The site you mentioned does not have payments on it, so you would not have a transaction ID.

  If you kept the email from when you created your account, you would find the activation key there.

  The article also explains two factor codes.

  If you don’t have any proof of ownership, perhaps you can check all of your devices (ipad, phone, computer, etc) where you have been logged in to edit the site. Maybe you saved the password. Maybe if you type the other username, the password will fill in automatically (that’s a feature most browsers have, but not everyone uses it.)

  You may also be able to guess your password.

  If there are absolutely none of these ways for you to prove ownership, here are the available options:

  Also, needless to say, if you do regain access, please be sure to update the email address to one you use, and maybe add a recovery phone number or email address as well.

  Hi there,
  I don’t have records because I started the site years ago and can’t access REVDOTDAVID to write
  I think I’m going to leave Word Press, I have asked you repeatedly to take down my nzweddings site and give me access to write on REVDOTDAVID and all you do is send me down the rabbit hole of overly complicated access tools.

  I just can’t do it and you seem unwilling to help,

  Everyone is trying to help you to restore access to your other account revdotdavid that owns your site https://revdotdavid.wordpress.com/.
  Deleting your site https://nelsonnzweddings.wordpress.com/ wont give you access to your other site https://revdotdavid.wordpress.com/</a.
  Wordpress.com doesn’t and can’t give someone access to another site or account on demand. WordPress.com has a very strict policy regarding ownership of a site, https://wordpress.com/support/passwords/#security
  Have you already tried to reset your password https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword using revdotdavid as username? Check all your email addresses, don’t forget to take a look in the spambox.
