  If you go to this page: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/heisfairboy.music.blog

  Do you see the option here?
  

  If you choose that option, you should be able to type ‘thefaircity’ into the popup window and claim thefaircity.music.blog

  If you try those steps are you able to make the change or do you see an error message of some kind?
