  Hi there, to upload a 3rd party theme on your WordPressdotcom website, you will need to purchase either the Business or eCommerce plan. https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/uploading-setting-up-custom-themes/

  Otherwise, you can activate any of the 200+ free or Premium themes available in our Theme Showcase. https://wordpress.com/themes/
