    I purchased a edge theme from theme forest 3 months ago. The demo content would not import. I contacted themeforest and they kept making excuses that all their themes worked properly. The directed me to Qode interactive which is Egde theme. I went back and forth with them for sometime and someone contacted me and said they got the theme imported but the slider revolution slide I wanted which was the Goodwish theme did not import. Never could find it. That was the one I paid for because I wanted that specific layout. Well time dragged on and I finally went in and paid there 50.00 to get the theme up and running in 24 hours that was a month ago. Its been one problem after another. They re created the slide I wanted so when I got to elementor to edit, i didn’t have all the widgets to support the site. Mind you I followed a video Qode posted on their website for this specific theme. I don’t believe all the plugins were there to begin with because the gentleman Im paying from Evanto market sent him to me after I paid the 50.00. He told me From the beginning that there was only a few slides in the package and Goodwish came with 6 themes. Right now Im sitting at a blank slide on my edit with elementor and a image of a image I used for my homepage which it has a double looking image at the top. It looks like they created a image over the one I had and I cannot get it fixed. I also saved several images of the original slide and I looked today and they were all deleted. It maybe because Bluehost was trying to help and its only worse now. I desperately need some help. I’ve got little children that need food, a school for learning and a Bible School plus other needs. They are orphans and I have a Evangelist friend who is 28 and taking care of many of them and many are working in brick kiln’s. I so desperately want to help them. I get pictures if them all every week and they just pray for hope. Thank you. I would appreciate any help you can.

    This definitely sounds deeply frustrating.

    I checked your site and although it is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack, it is using the open-source WordPress.org software and the dotorg community will be best suited to assist you with this issue:

    In theory, Qode interactive would be the best team to reach out to for this since they are the developers, but it doesn’t appear you have had any success with them.

    I would also continue to keep in touch with support for the Elementor plugin directly for help with this, as it appears you’re using them for your site’s design.
