Plug in calendar

    The blog that I have I would like to post events that are relevant to my subject (Beer and wine) these are not events I am personally putting on. These events are events I find in my local area I would like to share. Provide one local place for people to come and know what is going on…. I have found a plugin I would like to use

    How do I place it on my blog? When I read over the instructions it tells me to go to the dashboard and navigate to plug in… I have had not been able to find that. I found the dashboard but there is no plug in option

    While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:

    However, we do have several built-in features that were inspired by many popular plugins. You might find what you want by searching for it at http://en.support.wordpress.com/
