  Hi there,

  Using plugins on WordPress.com is only possible on our Business Plan.

  On a free site you can embed a basic PayPal Buy Now button:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/

  And on our Premium Plan you can use the Simple Payments button, which also works via PayPal:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/simple-payments/
