Plug-in page issue problem

  Hello, I have a problem with getting on plug-in page. When I try to reach it – it says : “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” This problem is only on one of my sites.

  Hi there,

  The issue is with https://bellacherta.wpcomstaging.com/ yes? I see that it had the WordPress.com Ecommerce Plan (monthly subscription) that was purchased on April 16th, but I do not see that you renewed it again on May 16th for an additional month of service.

  One thing to be aware of is that for your site to remain functional you must have a active eCommerce or Business plan. It is not possible to add or manage plugins on a site that does not have one of these plans active.
