  I’d really appreciate if the plug-in “post linker” (http://wordpress.org/plugins/post-linker/) were available at wordpress.com so that we could include related posts within our previously published posts when creating a new one.

  While you are waiting do know that you can use Zemanta and if you use the browser add-on then you can include your own related posts.
