  HELP! Our webmaster just transitioned out and we’re getting error messages re: our plug-ins. It’s also not accepting the new API key we just purchased. How can we proceed?

  If your site is not a WordPress.com site but rather a self-hosted WordPress.org site, you will need to visit the WordPress.org forums at

  http://wordpress.org/support/forums

  I would also suggest contacting your site host if you have additional questions.
